It started with a paratha shop in Sadar in 1997, and a simple belief — that no one should leave hungry, and no one should leave unhappy.

Twenty-nine years later, Uberoi’s is one family kitchen behind two restaurants, the dining halls of two of the city’s finest schools, and the catering at Nagpur’s weddings, boardrooms and house functions — a menu of seven hundred dishes refined one celebration at a time.
